Arthur Tuluș is a Professor (PhD, habil.) and Vice-Rector for Internationalisation and Public Relations, as well as an Associate Member of the Academy of Romanian Scientists (AOSR).
His research focuses on contemporary history and international relations. He previously served as Head of Department and Dean of the Faculty of History, Philosophy and Theology. Between 2011 and 2012, he held a postdoctoral fellowship at the New Europe College (NEC) under the auspices of the Romanian Academy, following a competitive selection process. He has been involved as a director, member, or expert in several scientific research grants, as well as in educational, cultural, and institutional development projects.
