Mihai Sebe is a Lecturer at the University of Bucharest and the Head of the European Affairs Department at the European Institute of Romania. His research explores European integration, enlargement, regional cooperation, Romania's role in the EU, European affairs, the history of the European idea, the impact of new technologies on politics and society, and related topics.
He has authored, co-authored, and coordinated numerous publications addressing these topics of European and regional relevance.
Recently, he has focused on the Three Seas Initiative, publishing academic works on it.
