Ștefan Popescu holds a PhD in the History of Contemporary International Relations from the University of Paris 1 – Sorbonne (Summa Cum Laude).
He is an analyst and commentator on foreign affairs and has served as State Secretary within the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He has extensive experience in European public affairs and has held senior management positions at major companies in the national energy sector.
